We welcome trade enquiries. Trade orders can be placed via our site once an account is set up. Please contact us by phone or via our contact form to enquire.
You must contact us before returning any items. Returned goods must be in ‘as new’ condition complete with packaging. Items should be insured for transit on their way back to us. Please refer to our ‘refunds & returns policy’ at the bottom of this page.

Answers to frequently asked technical questions. For questions regarding specific products please see product page. Please contact us if you don’t find your answer here.
We can offer advice by phone or email, including all aspects of fitting and maintenance. We offer a spares back up; even if a spare part is not listed on our website we can supply it from our in-house assembly stock. We also have a repair service and can quote a cost before commencing work. Of course, if your part is under warranty all repairs are free of charge, subject to our terms and conditions.
No. All our parts are designed to fit to your car without cutting or drilling. This means that fitment is simpler and reversible. It also keeps things straight forward with the DVLA and insurers. Swopping components is one thing, modifying components that are then left in the car is a much greyer area.
Shipping
Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Below you will find further details relating to fulfilment of your order.
When we dispatch your order you will receive an email with carrier details including a tracking number. Using this tracking number online or contacting the carrier direct is the easiest way to track your shipment or obtain other information. Of course, if the carrier cannot resolve a problem you can always contact us.
Please remember that we are a mail order company only. This helps us focus on being good at what we do, developing and supplying classic EV conversion parts. We despatch orders of any size, from a small envelope to a full pallet, anywhere in the world. All deliveries remain our responsibility until they reach you. Although we are mail order only we are not just an online company – we are always happy to help by email or over the phone.
When you have logged into our site all prices will be shown including the tax that you will be charged by us before your goods are despatched. Carriage is calculated and charged at checkout depending on the destination, weight and volume of your order. We always despatch by the best value, good quality service available. Your postage cost includes insurance against loss or damage. Consignments over 60kg to some destinations including USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are quoted by sea. Please contact us for quotes by air if required. We ship worldwide – for unusual destinations or shipping requirements (or if there is no postage quote at checkout) please contact us.
When you have logged into our site all prices will be shown including the tax that you will be charged by us before your goods are despatched. All goods sent to UK destinations will be charged at the current VAT rate. For most goods this is 20%. All goods sent to Norway will be charged 25% tax before despatch as this is the current Norwegian legislation. For all other destinations outside the UK no tax will be charged before despatch and the customer will be responsible for any local taxes, duties and tariffs.
