Description
This mounting system can be supported on side-rails, blocks or similar.
Includes fasteners to attach the drive end of the motor to its mount. Fasteners to attach the mounts to the supporting structure are not supplied as requirements will vary depending on design. The unthreaded holes in the mounts are for M10 bolts. High tensile steel bolts should be used due to the high load.
The rear mount is 20mm aluminium alloy and bolts directly to the ‘B’ face of the Hyper 9 motor. There are 4 off M8, standard metric thread, mounting holes in the plate to mount transmission if required.
The front mount’s saddle is 75mm wide with a bonded neoprene surface. The strap is 30mm wide with a ‘C’ section neoprene protective cover.
