Forward mount plate with cooling and electrical components. Morris Minor

Description

This mount plate fits in the original radiator position, employing the four original radiator mount holes, with no modification to the car. Very simple and quick to fit. All fasteners are supplied and the components come pre-fitted to the plate.

Products fitted are:
CT30270 – Auxiliary battery 12V lithium-ion (in support bracket)
CT30320 – AVC2 proximity sensor
CT30295 – coolant pump
CT30300 – coolant radiator
CT30315 – Fuse holder for CT3035
CT30355 – Fuse 6A time delay for DCDC converter
CT30275 – Inertia switch
CT30245 – relay holder 4 way

In addition there are mounting holes for the Elcon DCDC converter FDC-MV-13V-AH. This should not be fitted in conjunction with the auxiliary battery because of the heat it produces. In our kits we mount the DCDC converter on the battery pack.

In the centre of the plate there is also the facility to mount our charge port CT30395
This can be mounted flush with the front of the grill (using our kit AS13645), in which case a hole must be cut in the centre of the grill, or recessed (using our kit AS13640), in which case a hatch must be fitted.
Alternatively the charge port can be mounted using our charge port support number plate holder AS13600 which does not require any modifications to your original components.

There is space to fit more components to the plate if required, by drilling your own mount holes. Additionally there are two 6mm holes in the base of the plate where supporting feet (not supplied) could be fitted if you are adding significant weight to the plate.

Mild steel – if you are modifying this plate it is recommended that exposed surfaces are then protected against rust.
