Description
This mounting system is suitable for the HPEVS AC-34/35/50/51 ‘B’ face motors and can be supported on side-rails, blocks or similar.
The mounts are 20mm, machined aluminium alloy.
The kit includes fasteners to attach both mount plates to the motor. Fasteners to attach the mounts to the supporting structure are not supplied as requirements will vary depending on design. The unthreaded holes in the mounts are for M10 bolts. High tensile steel bolts should be used due to the high load.
The kit includes stand-off spacers to leave a 10mm air gap between the front plate and the motor for cooling.
The rear plate bolts directly to the motor, using the motor’s built in stand-offs. It has a hole machined in the centre to support the ‘B’ face of the motor securely. There are 4 off M8, standard metric thread, mounting holes in the rear plate to mount transmission if required.
